We love:
Walking
Going on walks around this beautiful neighborhood.

Having neighborhood nights and walking up to eat or seeing a movie at Film Streams.
Shops/Amenities
It’s so convenient to walk to shops in the area, stopping by the bank, or picking up dry cleaning or groceries.
Library
Fun to stop by and pick up books.
Neighbors
We enjoy the folks who live around here.
Underwood Ave.
Always nice to have the street be one of the first plowed of snow!
We’ve never had issues with funny business like getting TP’d since it’s a main road.
Schools
We couldn’t be happier with Dundee Elementary and the surrounding schools.
Activities
There’s always something fun to do… neighborhood events, community garden, ice cream shop, community center at the library, movie theater, and nearby parks.
We hope you can imagine yourselves living here and loving it as much as we do.
